Citizens Crime Commission adds to its team with new summer intern

Rachael Arnold, a native to Portland, OR, is entering into her final year as an undergraduate at the University of Oregon where she is studying to receive a bachelor of science degree in public relations from the School of Journalism and Communications and a minor in ethnic studies.

This summer, she joins the Citizens Crime Commission team to work on website improvements and overall communication practices. Rachael is also returning to the Portland Business Alliance for a third summer as its communications intern.

Professional interests include working in-house for a non-profit organization or corporation doing a variety of communication practices including media relations, social media, both strategic planning and content development, and event planning. In her free time, Rachael enjoys spending time with her friends and family, working out and exploring Oregon’s unique sites.
