Lunch with the Chiefs honors retiring Chief Mike Reese

Today’s luncheon brought together business, public safety and city leaders to say goodbye to Chief Mike Reese as he retires after more than 25 years as a police officer in this community. A special lunchtime program featured remarks by Portland Mayor and Police Commissioner Charlie Hales, and Citiznes Crime Commission members Erin Hubert, CEO of the Boys and Girls Clubs, DJ Wilson, GM of KGW, Scott Burton, Communications Director of Regence, and Kevin Tucker, Deputy Director of FLIR.

Speakers welcomed incoming Chief Larry O’Dea to his new role and praised the smooth transition in leadership.
